Paralegal Degree
Why a Paralegal Degree?
Paralegals or legal assistants are assistants of lawyers who help them prepare for trails, hearings, corporate meetings and closings. A paralegal either has certification or a degree in legal studies though it may not be mandatory for some employers. They work mainly for law firms, corporate legal departments or government agencies.
Paralegals can be assigned with many tasks like research of laws and judicial decision related to a particular case, organizing documents and preparing reports for an attorney on a particular case, preparing documents and pleading and obtaining affidavits.
